I just sent this to my friend who started playing violin at 42. (20 years ago) Opened your channel and there it was. This is stunning

Amazing performance by both Mikarelli and Botti. They are both Maestros of their instruments. Unbelievably talented musicians. I love that particular duo. Emanuel is a beautifully sad music that penetrates and grabs our heart and soul.

Chris uses a number of violin players for his live shows. This violinist is the best one.

Precise playing in a beautifully evocative piece. And I'm so happy to see the young violinist (fiddle player) from Treme has kicked on.

Thanks for another great vid and reaction. Going to see Chris Botti in a couple of weeks. Love you Matt. You are totally unique and a breath of fresh air. I continue to learn more about music each time I watch your analysis. Thanks again. PS-- more jazz please.

As fine as this performance is, I thought the live in Boston version by them was even better.

So this is the moment where I always feel I`m missing something....some clue as to what it is I should get....Funny, isn`t it?

I could understand how it doesn’t resonate with you. I don’t think there’s anything wrong with your ears.

@@mattcriscuolo1541 Thanks, very kind! I guess the problem is more between the ears, lol.
