I think this is a mistake. I think it would be better to let the young core develop this year with Lebron then go after a big free agent this year. The guys Magic signed have been pretty good character guys the last few years. I don't think the media is giving the Lakers a real chance based on reputation, but I think before any of them signed, they had to know what they were stepping into, the Lakers franchise, a completely different vibe than anywhere else. Those guys are coming into a strong culture from the top down, I don't see the issues coming with Magic at the helm not playing no games and neither is LeBron.
