@@capoman1I guess to point out the prejudice black people face in their own communities about being expected to like certain types of music (mostly rap, I suppose). Liking a moody, largely depressive, rock music may be seen as lame and weak or even as "betrayal" to your own race. It's silly, but it happens.

Chris was awsome in all those bands and in solo. Both bands were 2 of my favourites bands of alltime. They had great names (and it's rare) with significant and simple meaning (thanks to Chris) and amazing songs that sounded like no one else. I would love your input on the first video of my first album. It got the attention of one of my heroes Joe Bouchard (ex bass player founding members of BÖC) who is following us on Soundcloud but returns from people who likes same music is always the best. If you have just 3 minutes to listen and a bit more to comment, that would mean the world to me. Keep rockin' : kzbin.info/www/bejne/iHS9hJaudpZ7oZY

This song meant something entirely different to me when I first heard it. I believed it was a cry from chris to know what he believed in his heart was true! He felt he had something special, but is it really true? Weather he ever got that definitive sign is unknown. But he followed his heart anyway, he went for his dream and chose the right path anyhow. Yes chris, it was your fate. Thank you for believing in it!

When I learned of Chris's death I was definitely heartbroken I'll tell everybody why ,my brother who was a couple years older than me he was in his early forties or around 40 when he died and up here in Massachusetts where Temple of the dog Soundgarden and audioslave and also Pearl jam where are very big inspirations in my brother's guitar playing. If it wasn't for Chris Cornell and Eddie vedder my brother would never have picked up a guitar. All I have to say is 2 Chris is wife and his baby girls you had a great husband, father, and great musician God bless him r i p Chris Cornell.
