This song meant something entirely different to me when I first heard it. I believed it was a cry from chris to know what he believed in his heart was true! He felt he had something special, but is it really true? Weather he ever got that definitive sign is unknown. But he followed his heart anyway, he went for his dream and chose the right path anyhow. Chris Cornell is definitely the face that made rock and roll Chris Cornell is rock and roll. When I learned of Chris's death I was definitely heartbroken I'll tell everybody why ,my brother who was a couple years older than me he was in his early forties or around 40 when he died and up here in Massachusetts where Temple of the dog Soundgarden and audioslave and also Pearl jam where are very big inspirations in my brother's guitar playing. If it wasn't for Chris Cornell and Eddie vedder my brother would never have picked up a guitar.
