There will never be someone who will sing better than Chris Cornell. This voice is incredibly rich and full.

It’s amazing how he can control his voice, I watched him sing this song at the Pinkpop festival with his band and he was so loud and animated and here in the studio, his voice is so soft and low❤❤. I really love him. I miss him too❤️❤️

I've been a fan since 92. Seen Soundgarden twice, Cornell acoustic 3 times and Temple of the Dog once. Scream is a GREAT POP record. If you give it a chance, you'll likely be blown away. Time Never Far Away Enemy Ground Zero Scream Long Gone He set out to make a Pop record and did an amazing job!

Adelia Hogarth it means exactly what it says silence is a good as gold it's a very precious thing to be silent and just listen sometimes to get a better understanding of situation or just the calm and relaxation silence can bring you after a long day at work or stressful day

This song hits harder now that he left us to never be seen again. Life is finite and we all have\get one chance. Chris was pleading for all the anger to stop but it won't. Just make someone smile when you know they need it. It isn't their fault.

Take a minute to tell you right And you can say what you want Turn around every night Somehow you're always going off Doesn't matter what I've done Or if I even crossed the line Is that the holler going for blood? Girl, it doesn't have to be a fight Throwing out the blame When you know it ain't my fault Messing with my brain When you wanna see me fall There may come a time When I don't bother you at all It isn't my call, it isn't my call Hey, why you keep screaming At the top of your head? I said hey, why you keep screaming At the top of your head? I said hey, why you keep screaming At the top of your head? I said hey, why you keep screaming At the top of your head? (I hear you, I hear you) There's no need to scream, baby I'm standing right in front of your face Why? I know sometimes we don't get along So Chris sing the second verse to you Like this Take a minute to tell you now And I don't have to raise my tone Take the level and bring it down I just want you to know I got no trouble with what you said I don't even think you're wrong It's how you say it, you lose your head Girl, I'm standing right in front of you Throwing out the blame When you know it ain't my fault (ain't my fault) Messing with my brain When you want to see me fall (see me fall) There may come a time When I don't bother you at all It isn't my call, it isn't my call Hey, why you keep screaming At the top of your head? (At the top of your head) I said hey, why you keep screaming At the top of your head? (At the top of your head) I said hey, why you keep screaming At the top of your head? (At the top of your head) I said hey, why you keep screaming At the top of your head? (I hear you, I hear you) Silence is golden I used to think that silence was golden Silence is golden I used to think that silence was golden (I hear you, I hear you) Silence is golden I used to think that silence was golden Silence is golden I used to think that silence was golden (I hear you, I hear you) Hey, why you keep screaming At the top of your head? (At the top of your head) I said hey, why you keep screaming (hey) At the top of your head? (At the top of your head) I said hey, why you keep screaming (hey) At the top of your head? (At the top of your head) I said hey, why you keep screaming (hey) At the top of your head? no doubt this acoustic version is how he intended this song to sound not that pop music version which I'm sure some music producer talked him into doing it the mainstream pop music way r.i.p chris your music will live on with me for the rest of my days you were always one of my favorite musicians I feel horrible because your true fans the ones that were there from the start no what these music moguls and producers and your wife vikki did to you not only did they drive you to take your own life by over working you and constant touring and cutting new albums left and right making music for soundtracks to movies viki had you doing little bit of everything in a sense you became a atm money machine for her and these music labels that's all they seen you as and we all know you are so much more than a money machine there are not many artist like you in a world full of Katy perry's and Justin beibers just to name a few of the talentless fools the music industry jams down the publics throats god bless my friend see i hope to one day see you playing your guitar in clouds with a our heavenly father watching

Just because some people like his new stuff, it doesn't make them "true fans". I personally like both styles of his music, old and new. Because a TRUE fan appreciates ALL of the music produced by the artist, no matter what genre or style. Because it's still Chris' vocals and emotions. Just because he did a collaboration with Timbaland, for example, for a new genre of music, Chris still wrote the songs etc. Also, why are you assuming the reasons for his suicide? Sure, there are many factors in his career that MAY have affected it, however you claim all this stuff about his personal life as if you know him or something! I can see that you're a traditionalist, but you gotta stop being a sourpuss and move on to something new for once. Living in the past isn't always a good thing...
