This video was very entertaining, thank you both. It is Ironic to watch reactors today experience these songs decades later and enjoy them solely on their merit, without the noise of society and current events influencing their view of these bands. The amount of hate and discontent Limp Bizkit received for being fake/posers/lame by their third album ultimately led to their demise I believe. It is a treat to see these young ones coming up discover these songs and give them some credit all these years later. I grew up on Limp Bizkit, Korn, Mudvayne, Deftones, Tool, System, Clutch, etc. etc. all that new metal and I never hid the fact that I enjoyed them. The first Limp Bizkit album (3 dollar bill Y'all) is still one of my favorite albums to this day, 26 years later. It was so raw and full of emotion and angst, Fred was really pissed off in the early 90s.

They might not know who method man or dmx is, they never know anyone. If you had a channel, and it was about basketball, Would you have never heard of magic johnson, even though he is a legend ? We live in the most auto didactic era ever in history. These kids do reviews on music but have never heard any of these famous acts mentioned, ever. Why do you or anyone else care what these fools think ?

I remember being in my moms crib, upstairs in my bedroom. Laying in bed with my guitar across me when I heard the remix for the 1st time! I lost my shit! I must've listen to it back to back learning play it by ear. Knew every beat and drop. Music was much different then. The crossover not even the same. 🤷🏾♂️🤦🏾♂️

She rocks that green! I was a bizkit fan back in their day, they got a bad rap and made some curious choices, Fred had a feud with Eminem, but their music knew how to get the blood pumping.

@@adammaynard5683 I was wondering about that. I remembered hearing people say they hated him, but never knew why. You can't mess with Eminem and not expect people to react. Eminem is so loved and has the respect of many people who don't even listen to his music. It's too bad about Fred, but sometimes our mistakes are too heavy to shake off.

Patricia Palmisano it was a combination of things, the first I can remember was the riot that broke out at Woodstock (00’?) was during their set so people blamed them for instigating it. Then the feud with Eminem, that Eminem didn’t really understand at the time. I don’t know the details but from what I gathered Eminem had a feud with somebody else and Fred took Eminem’s side than out of the blue just turned on him. Even Eminem was confused.

Wes Borland - guitar (dude is underrated) John Otto - drummer (classical drummer) DJ Lethal - (former House of Pains DJ) Sam Rivers - Bass Fred Durst - vocals. Been watching these dudes tear shit up for over 20 years

Wes Borland is CRIMINALLY underrated. In fact, all the musicians were. Sam and Wes both influenced the way I write music. They combined heavy grooves with soaring dynamic and knew how to get people to go fucking bananas at shows. Now if that isn’t talent, what the hell is?

@@TheIronyGiant And as much hate as he gets, Fred can hype a crowd like almost nobody else can.
