Cbum being a role model for mental health is so underrated. His explanation where he differentiates between fulfillment and happiness is spot on. He seems to highly value the emotional connections with others and his social and emotional development is progressing despite how the patriarchy has impacted him growing up and continues to try to force unhealthy expectations on men. Men are totally allowed to think about and value their looks like getting hair plugs, buying clothes that make them feel confident, shoes that show their style, and even weightlifting for aesthetics. ❤

Men and women have feelings and care about their bodies looks equally because we are all human and all humans care about these things. It is society and specifically the patriarchal system that tries to limit us into roles our minds are inherently uncomfortable being boxed into. So the dissatisfaction we feel as we grow up and become adults is linked back to social patriarchal values our individual minds rebel against.

I have a fond memory of starting in the gym with my friend when i was in high school and I was going to the Dalplex in the Fieldhouse gym. Remember seeing you there all the time and remember clear as day when you asked my friend and I (two scrawny teenagers) if we were done with the bench press.
