The "geek" advice and re-creation from Justin is amazing, CBum you stated you wanted to play pickleball multiple times. These are your first steps. You stated you wanted a new challenge, athletic body with the long term progression to be great at pickleball is beyond a challenge. Thank you for everything you have done over the years and your inspiration, hope this inspires your pickleball journey as it is possible to hit the gym in full force five days a week and play at a high level. Something I have done for years now. Thanks again Chris and cheers to a " new year/new new" Look forward to your next journey.

I am done with competing, this diet BS etc I don't have to do it anymore and I said to myself, you wait and see; Bodybuilders have a mindset to always try and get or stay in shape. Here you are in shape again and trying to imporve. This is what I can not get across to competitive bodybuilders, when you truly do bodybilding for yourself, it is next level when it comes to passion and effort. I do not feel the need to compete, my life style surpasses most pros and their life styles. I am in a calorie deficit, very light one, all year round with cheat meals here and there.

He is a pro obviously, but from my experience as a beginner, my two main mistakes were lack of sleep and not eating enough. My weight stagnated for a really long period of time... And then I got myself a first diet plan (I got it from Onlymeal). I realized that my previous food intake was way below my needs... In the beginning, it was really tough to east so many calories per day, but I got used to it. I started noticing real gains and it felt amazing. I finally felt amazing about myself, and I wish I had understood the importance of diet a lot earlier.

To me, hybrid is a style of training where you lift one day, and do cardio the next. Where Crossfit likes to blend them often in a single one hour class, to the detriment of both, hybrid focuses on lifting for the entire session in a more traditional power lifting model, but then the next day may be just time on a bike, time on a rower, time running, rucking, walking, etc. I don't consider Hyrox hybrid, because Hyrox has even less lifting than Crossfit. Hyrox is just cardio. Crossfit is just cardio.
@Trennycakes6 күн бұрын
watching crossfitters snatch 140kg.......isnt cardio and i hate anything related to crossfit so its just their programming which is really stupid and made to suit the corporation theirs a reason why high level athletes dont do exactly a crossfit wod such as top fighters or wrestlers hybrid is popular now bc of influencers that dont compete and bodybuilding or powerlifting is not exactly competing doing a 6 week fight camp is a competition or boxing or playing a entire season of hockey. i wish more real athletes would out popular these bodybuilding/random fitness influencers
@monofame6 күн бұрын
CrossFit athletes do not train in 1 hour classes. They lift one day, they do cardio the next, the next they mix it up etc.
