One of the raaaaarrreeeee cases of these body/mobility experts, being very intelligent, very well, trained very well, educated with a clear system and practice in place and a game plan to where you can really tell he is an expert in his specific field, and his trained eye, and what to look for. Great stuff Chris!

It’s really great that you are promoting this and having all the young kids that watch you notice this because many just workout recklessly without thinking and trying to get racked, but there’s no point if that muscle isn’t functional, so thanks a lot Chris.

Wow!... thanks so much for a peak into this detailed functional assessment! As a now retired Occupational Therapist with a 62 year old broken body (lack of consistent resistance training, lack of stretching, sitting / driving for too much for past 15 years, and general aging. muscle wasting and imbalance, with chronic inflammation)... @@maxgamesst1 thanks man. To be fair, I was strong before I started, I'm like 5'8 and 180 pounds right now, didn't lose any weight since I started, just inches off the waist and a bit development in the muscles.

bet you can deadlift 305 with that squat =p. mine was similar when I first started. after 9 months 285 squat 375 deadlift like 205 bench (but i could shoulder press more than bench because I'm not really built for it) . it comes quick if you stick with it.

Hi Chris. I have been suffering since October with polyarthritis in my legs; rheumatologist believed it to be reactive arthritis yet lately he indicated that it is either early to moderate stages of psoriatic arthritis or ankylosing spondylitis. I feel like shit, medication is serious stuff, and I am not certain my body reacts well to it. On the bright side, your videos and all the messages you've put out through the years help me remain as positive as possible; I can't say I am optimistic now. All the best to you, Courtney, and the rest of your family and loved ones. Thanks.

This video is AMAZING to me. The examination and evaluation that he is going through is very similar to the tests, examinations, and evaluations that I did to my clients students, and patients in my Shamanic sessions of 50 years. Very interesting. Different lango, but almost the same methods. I love watching it. It's like observing my clients actions and response and my execution of instructions. Very interesting.

26:07 Chris, you are definitely getting the full treatment on your biceps with those "2 Part" movement strict curls! Keep those in brother 💯 In my opinion, the "2 Part" movement is the best style of training for every body part if you're looking to maximize growth quickly! (Pushing to the halfway mark-PAUSE-then completing the rep-PAUSE-SQUEEZE-release). Talk about a PUMP!
