What a workout to get my week off to a strong start! 🔥💪 There's nothing like working those legs and glutes to feel the power in your body! I love that you're incorporating using the band a lot in this series, it's so good for firing up the glutes. Also love the calf work we've been doing more of! 👍 On the 1-minute finishers I used a weight instead of going bodyweight, because my box is only 12" high, so I felt like I wanted more resistance. One day I'll be able to invest in a higher bench. Until then, I have to improvise!

Extremely delighted to kickstart week-2 with this lower body workout doing all my favorites such as Bulgarian Squats 🙂 In fact the first block with alternating side steps with Bulgarian Squats kind of set the tone for the intensity. In the finisher, my favorite was certainly the Copenhagen Plank 🙂 Loving those calf exercises too which in my opinion are mostly neglected by many. Thank You Chris and Edi for this workout. Happy to be doing workouts with you as always. Loads of love and gratitude to you. ♥ P.S: Super excited to do tomorrow's mobility session. I am liking the fact that these mobility sessions are being introduced in between heavy lifting workings which is really helping 👍

Completed this one at the gym with a 45 lb. pair of dumbbells along with the previous cardio based session with 20 lb. dumbbells, and I’m left drenched from head to toe after that explosive combo right there! I don’t fear leg days all that much, (having inherently big glutes, hamstrings and quads thanks to the Asian genes helps funnily enough) but I simply love an invigorating lower body training session which this truly was in every sense 🧨 Going to cue up the active recovery mobility session tomorrow 🤜🏼💥🤛🏼

I knew last week was a lil too easy, but it was the calm before the storms. can’t wait til crank it up tomorrow morning. I like going a day behind so I can preview. Kinda lets me know what to do or not to do exercise wise the day before. I will be doing a moderate boxing regime today to save my legs.

I liked the structure, block 2 with band to release the grip, and finisher with new moves without dumbells. Great work on calves (spoiler : will be sore tomorrow ;)
