All I can say is ❤❤! Chris and Edi thank you so much for this much needed (and appreciated!) stretch and mobility flow especially after yesterday's lower body intense workout (which I loved!). Thank you also for your great workouts - we really appreciate them and you guys too!!❤😊

I'm so grateful you posted this video earlier as usual ! As it is mobility oriented, I hope I can work it out tonight (I did day 8 at noon), so I can work out tomorrow at lunch time and follow the build3 calendar. Awesome series !
