Great variety: compounds, isolated, variation. Almost felt like a no-repeat. You always make great workout. But this one is in my top 10 favorite. Thank you for your hard work, dedication and creativity.

Oh my gosh, I loved this workout! 👍I was ready to work hard for an hour today, and this workout delivered! Great format with 2 circuits, each repeated twice. I liked those shoulder sets with the iso holds in between, both the shoulder presses and the lateral raises. I felt the burn on those! 🔥Whew, I'm super sweaty and feeling strong! 😅💪 Thank you guys! ❤

Crushed this full body workout today 💪Was great doing the Gorilla Rows again. Feeling good that I am now really becoming confident with the DIPS 🙂 Happy to see Arnold give us some inspiration. A great full body workout which I truly enjoyed. I have the Cardio from yesterday pending which I will finish off tomorrow and then be ready for a brand new week with day 40. Thank You Chris, Edi and Arnold. Lots of love and gratitude ❤
