The California press was new to me. I really liked it--allowed me to go just a bit heavier than I would for regular skullcrushers and had a really interesting feeling to it.

What would be the main difference between concentration curl (day40) and preacher curl (day41)? I want to know I’m doing the right movement! 😅

Great question 🙌Both are solid bicep isolation exercises that will help to eliminate momentum and focus on the contraction of the biceps only. The incline angle on the preacher curl will give you a great stretch (more difficult) on the bicep at the bottom portion on the movement while the concentration curl will be more difficult on the top range of the movement. So basically the preacher will be more difficult the first half of the rep and the concentration curl will be more difficult at the top of the rep. Hope this helps! Keep crushing it. 💪😊
