Yet another super intense, effective lower body workout in true Chris and Edi style 🙂In fact every exercise is so well planned to test the lower body to its core. The Heel Elevated Goblet Squat Forward Lunges, Kickstand Squat Pulses Bulgarian to RDL, my top three picks for the intensity in this workout. I am still feeling it in my legs 🙂Thank You Chris and Edi, these workouts mean so much and its such a privilege to be doing such quality workouts from home. Lots of love and gratitude to you ❤ P.S: Happy to see Arnold in his usual form. 💟
