Quick tip for all beginners. Quality over quantity. Don’t try to go as fast as him to start. Start slow and get the form down first. Go at whatever pace you can do them your best at. Try your best not to stop in the middle of sets. Don’t stare at the timer. Just go until you hear him say last 5 seconds. Then pump those last few out the best you can in those last 5 seconds. You guys got this. Stay dedicated and focused.

Any idea on how to get a good form? I think I mess up a bit cuz I doesn't feel my core burning after 3 rounds. Also I didn't feel soreness in my abs after a day or 2. My back tends to curl up when I do any move that nid to raise my leg up. Eg. Leg raise, flutter kick

@@manyellow3036 one big mistake is people just do the motions instead of engaging the muscle group, while you're performing workouts you should have them flexed and your mental attention should be on the group you're working, don't focus on the timer or the number of reps etc, focus on the muscle, the flex and the burn.

I’m saying this from the heart and from a person who listened to Chris heria from 2020 March 1st I followed his exercise criteria’s and diet plans if you don’t think this will work trust me his exercises have been the best thing to ever cross my KZbin recommendation I was overweight and I needed a exercise routine I followed this and each month that past I got stronger, fitter better and a strong mindset thank you Chris for making me achieve my dream body I have abs a proper chest and bulkier arms and I haven’t stopped and I won’t stop.

Did it 2 times, on top of an upper body routine that I did four times Day 4: aimed for 5 rounds, only managed 4... still good though, I’ll get it next time Day 5: 2 times today - pulled one of my back muscles, so no upper body this week while it heals... meaning abs every day. Day 6: routine completed 2 times

Man, u made me love in this new year. Before 2 months, I had no packs, extremely thin man, with a bad hip posture. After your workouts, by keeping the core tight and doing exercises gave me the 6 packs with even with rock hard obliques and lower abs(hard place to hit). I am loving myself because of you. I love doing Chris's abs workouts in sync with his videos. I'm way more motivated + there's so many of them you can change it up to surprise your muscles. I went from a chubby floppy belly in early 2020 to semi decent looking abs, still a lot of work to do but i love the progression going from doing 3 exercises and being completely fatigued to doing 2 full sets ( with 2 minute break between each full set ). For anyone who is struggling, i can't stress it enough how VITAL controlling your breathing does for you. It's legit night and day.

Here we all are again to make some gainz. I did my first Handstand Pushup without wall yesterday! And I am working hard to get better at it. Surely gonna implement these tips and do this workout! I remember when a few years back I first saw Chris's Channel and decided to make calisthenics my lifetime hobby. He and the whole Thenx team are so inspiring and motivating that they make me become the better version of myself everyday! This channel has given a lot to me, and I hope it works its way up to a 100 million subs, coz it damn deserves it!!!! All I can recommend to people is to stick to its content to be better everyday. Absolute fuckin nightmare doing this workout, I couldn’t do a single exercise without quitting multiple times. Then after sticking to it for literally maybe only 5 or 6 times. (3timez/week over two weeks) i just did the whole routine and only quit/stopped mid exercise twice. A small improvement but I’m proud. Stick to it guys.

@@jarifbd Personally wouldn’t do it every day. I try and do abs every other day, when you rest is when your muscles are recovering and growing so having days in between is very important. I use this video. having someone talk me through my ab workout really helps. Just keep it up dawg and you’ll get Shreeeddddeedddd broooo 🤙🏻💪🏻

i started today i’m roughly 180 pounds i’m 13 and i’m going to update every week so i’ll cya next week 1 week update i am proud to announce i have lost weight and am now roughly 168lbs (12 stone) and if you are doing this dont stop when you feel week keep going it’s more rewarding you feel better about yourself i’ll see you guys next week 💪 i forgot to do the update yetserday but i’ve started gaining muscle and i’m noticing myself getting slimmer and i feel way better i apsolutely recommend doing this everyday and i’ve started doing this 2 times a day now and it’s honestly amazing thats all i have to say and ill cya next week and i wont forget this time🙃💪

If you don't have some foundation in your core strength then just go slow or shorten the time and if you do then his exercises are not that hard to complete,.. you don't have to go as fast as he does in the beginnings

Another 2021 6 pack abs routine in the books today. I do this workout in the app before I do my other workouts and I'm now doing 45sec-15sec for all 3 rounds. I look forward to getting up and getting after it first thing in the morning. LOVE IT lets goooooooo!

Yes it’s true , but Chris heria told in one of his videos that you have to engage your abs and for that you have to give a complete day only for your abs just as you give for other muscle groups. He said if you give 10 minutes everyday for abs along with other muscle groups it’s fine. You can see the video. It’s name is WHY YOU DON’T HAVE ABS .👍😊.

I've been doing this every day in 2021 so far (or at least since Jan. 07 when I found it) and I can already see/feel the difference. It's the limited timeframe ("2021"), the call to action ("do this everyday") and the clear results explained ("six pack") that psychologically had an effect on me and enabled it to become a habit. Otherwise I would have done it a couple of times and when I didn't feel like it, would've skipped. Thank you for this!
