Hey Chris, this January I was diagnosed with type 1 diabetes at 17 years old. I was crushed and turned to working out everyday as a form of escape from reality and also to fuel the denial that I was truly diabetic. However, your along with your awesome workout videos which have helped me build solid muscle, with your nutrition videos and advice I was able to bulk up and put on 4 kg which has made me not only look but most importantly feel stronger and become way more confident. Make sure to get good sleep (8-10 hours every day), hydrate throughout the day (don’t drown yourself but make sure to drink about a bottle an hour), eat healthy (very broad and unspecific term. It depends and varies from person to person so if you are being intense about it consult a dietician to figure out exactly what you should and shouldn’t be eating to get the best benefits to your workout whether it’s for muscle gain or weight loss). For those of you who don't have enough time or think it is daunting to do 4 reps of this, you don't have to do all 4 reps of this session at one time, space it out. Also a tip, the first week do 1 session, the next week do 2 sessions, then 3, then 4. Ive been doing this for 6 weeks and there is actual definition. I haven't been eating the cleanest so not a shredded six pack, but definitely visible without flexing.

Guys I want to thank you for your help. It's been one year from now, I started Heria's workouts, and after painful moments...My body has tremendously changed. 5 days a week with 2 rest days. I weighed 210 pounds, now I'm at 166 pounds. So don't give up, eat healthy, stay motivated and you'll see results. Thank you thenx!

I tried a challenge on December 1st and I want to update you guys. The challenge is 150 push ups+ this ab workout. Keep in mind I’m 15 years old athlete, about 5’10 and 155lbs (≈70kg) and I’m in good shape I forgot to do day 1 to day 11, but here’s a little recap: Day 1: the 150 push ups were not so hard, and I had no problem doing them. The ab workout was hard Day 2: same thing as day 1 Day 3: arms are starting to feel a little sore, and the ab workout is going great so far Day 4: same thing a day 3 Day 5: Sadly, I worked out at the gym so I didn’t do my push ups, but I did my abs. I can start feeling my abs getting stronger Day 6: my arms are still sore from the gym, so I struggled when I was at like 80 push ups, but I managed to finish. From this day, I started sweating a lot during my workouts (I don’t know why haha) and it felt like the workout was working Day 7: arms are getting a little stronger, and I think my side abs are more defined than they used to. Yay! Day 8: same thing as day 7 Day 9: same as day 7 and 8, but more easy and seeing improvement. Day 10: this day was really hard on my arms, prob my worst one for my push ups since day one. For the abs, still sweating and it’s going great! Day 11: the push ups are getting really easy, I do them in 5 reps max. (I hit 50 push ups in a row today!) The abs are good, but I feel like I might be having a problem (IF SOMEONE CAN ASWER PLEASE HELP) my abs seem to be sort of bloated. When I do the workout, I can see the outline on the sides, but where the separation line is it’s like if it was bloated.. Day 12: I was really not motivated today, but I remembered Im doing this for me :) I have finals from day 8 to day 17, but I’ll keep working hard. The push ups were easy, only the last reps require more strength (as usual). The ab workout was more easy, I almost didn’t sweat Day 13: the push ups are getting easier, I really feel like I’ve gotten stronger than when I started this. I almost didn’t sweat during the abs workou (I think that’s a good thing haha) Day 14: I had no motivation and really didn’t want to workout. I also hate some desserts today and I regret that. The push ups were really hard at the beginning, and the ab workout was tuff. I swear A LOT today😪 Day 15: I’m really seeing results, especially my arms haha. The push ups were fast and effective today, in reps of 30 and 20. The ab workout made me sweat so much, but it’s worth it. Today, I’m also adding 50 dips to work my triceps Day 16: the push ups are getting really easy. The ab workout is killing me , I sweat so much Day 17: MY BEST DAY YET! I did my push ups in 3 reps (first one was 67!) The ab workout was fluid and I did not swear as much Day 18: I did my push ups in 3 reps of 50! I can now do 50 push ups in a row, a big accomplishment :) The ab workout is going well and I see results quicker Day 19: I could not do the 3 reps of push ups :( I did 50, 50, 30, 20. The ab workout went great, I can see that my left side is more defined than my right side..I don’t know why Day 20: The push ups are getting kind of annoying. I did them in like 5 reps cause I was tired. The ab workout is great and I like doing it. Day 21: I’m really not motivated to do the push ups, but I still did them cause I remembered I’m doing this for me and for my results. The an workout was great, I might start doing it 2x a day now to see more results. Day 22: I was not down to do the push ups today. But you know what, I fucking did them! And after that I did the ab workout and 50 dips! Great work today Day 23: I finished school today! From now on, I’ll try to do it twice a day. I was unmotivated to do the push ups, but they only take like 5 mins so I did them. The abs are on fire today! Day 24: The closer we get to Christmas, the more I get unmotivated😂But as soon as I finish my 150 push ups, I get pumped and I do the abs! Today was a little sweaty Day 25: Christmas Eve (cause I started nov 31) and I did not want to workout. I did my abs, it’s getting better. I can now see the line between my abs without flexing, just while normally breathing! Really psyched! I haven’t done my push ups yet, but I’ll do them right after cause I didn’t want to today :( Day 26: Merry Christmas to everyone🎄I ate so much today and I felt like I was fat😂I did my abs, they’re on fire because I ate a lot, and I think we can start my 6 abs now. The push ups are annoying me but as soon as I start, I finish them. Thing is my arms are tired now after like 100 push ups and the last 50 are usually harder Day 27: I will only do 50 push ups today because my arms are really sore, I don’t know why. I did the ab workout and it hurts a lot today, but it’s worth it cause I think I’m gaining muscles (I weighed myself and I gained 2 pounds, but I don’t know if that’s true cause it’s not precise) Day 28: I did the 150 push ups, and there were sooo easy because of my rest day from yesterday (even tho I did 50). My abs are getting so strong and I will keep doing this workout everyday all year because it’s really working. TRUST ME! Day 29: A really great day today. I did the abs 2x, the first time was fairly easy and not sweaty, the second time was way harder considering I did 150 push ups (I do them with my chin almost touching the ground now) and it was the 2nd time I did abs. Day 30: Great day! 2x abs, second time was hard and I can feel my abs hurt after the workout a little. I did the 150 push ups easily too. My arms have gotten little bigger, and my abs sure are different (especially side abs) Day 31: Last day of a challenge I will keep doing everyday all year! It has been a great journey and my abs have gotten so much better! I feel I’ll get my six pack in abt 2 weeks. Today I did my abs 2x, and 150 push ups, and it’s so much easier than day 1. I have made a lot of progress and I’m proud

Did someone notice a lower back pain as me? Once i get into training my abs for some weeks or longer, i start to get intense lower back pain because my abs are trained way more than my lower back. So .. does Chris also have a lower back workout to compensate or balance this?
@saccount80094 жыл бұрын
I fractured my back and do back stretches every day. The main one his sitting cross legged on the floor then leaning your arms forward trying to touch the floor and get your head down to the floor as far as possible. Hold it for like 10seconds then for the sides of your lower back do the same again but to the right and left side after you have done the middle. Another one is laying on the floor and holding 1 leg up to your chest for Like 20sec then switch to other leg.
