Already a legend in my books. Only dude to ever get it through my thick ass skull that health and fitness is so important and good for you. Before him i just accepted genetics and other excuses. Something about this guy has a way of showing people that they can if they just do it.

Do a collab with Andry Strong He is super strong in the planche. He is also super good at balancing in the planche and handstand, and can do archer handstand push ups and other crazy feats of strength.
@lock28218 ай бұрын
Archer handstand pushup is your example for a crazy feat of strength? Bruh everything planche related is harder than that
@lonestarminer74798 ай бұрын
@@lock2821 Can you do either?
@megamastah8 ай бұрын
@@lonestarminer7479 It doesn't matter if he can do that, that's a non-argument. Everything in vertical plane of motion (handstand) is easier than in horizontal (planche). It's tricky with the balance though.
@lonestarminer74798 ай бұрын
@@megamastah Well the archer handstand push up would be extremely hard. Probably close to the planche but i can't do them so i am not sure.
@Proteinlover238 ай бұрын
I can do archer HSPU, its way easier than full planche (I can hold Full Planche for Max 7-9s and 13 normal HSPUs) Its a cool move for sure but as someone already mentioned before: everything planche related stuff is way harder :)

Hey Chris! Admirer from San Diego here: ) I started resistance training a year ago all by myself. And a month ago I saw your channel and really got interested into calisthenics. Still working on my basics but I am on the right path following your videos and app: ) Your insane power and discipline inspires me and motivates me everyday, not only during gym but also my lifestyle. I will get stronger and hopefully meet you one day to thank you in person😁Mad love💙

Dear Chris, My problem is when I should eat what. The best solution would be a video documenting the daily routine of an ambitious calisthenics athlete. Then I can get a feel for what I should eat before training, after training, and throughout the day in terms of protein or carbohydrate content.
