Perfect! Hi Christina. As you say a work out and a calm down. I love how consistent your instructions are from one class to another. It makes each new class very easy to follow. You never assume I know anything! Also, I like how you have a full 5 minute savasana at the end, although the time absolutely flies by. Thank you.

Christina, I love your classes. Would you consider using soft music in background? I listen to you w Bluetooth so I don't hear outside distractions like traffic, but in this video the in between silence you can hear the voice recording coming in and off each time you speak.
