I really love this because young people in church do feel theses type of way but because we don't have the safe space to express ourselves we sometimes fall into the urge and temptation and then the church view you in a different light when truth is they don't have certain conversation and educate us about theses topics

I love this! I love how honest you both were. Interestingly, I’ve had similar experiences as Omeika with flashbacks and honestly only divine intervention can help. Purity is not only physical, it’s heavily mental too. I’m glad you both pointed that out.

Hi Zhara, I just found your channel last week and I am thoroughly hooked! I am so happy for your honest, and downright conversations. On the topic of being "tied up with someone because of sex", it is not just a physical thing, it is a connection formed from the release of oxytocin. This hormone is strong! it literally ties you to the involved party. But thank God (as my grandmother would say), thank God for Jesus! So, what helps me is keeping determined,HOL HEEP A PRAYER!!!!!. Keeping busy, staying focused on my goals. Literally asking God to change my preferences so that I will want the things of God. Letting myself know that it's ok to wake up every morning and fight, and as long as I wake up everyday being motivated to fight and keep my mind pure I'll be ok. And staying away from KZbin overall, cause mi no reach dah level of focus yet. Once you come full circle with yourself and accept that you will need to let go of your old routine and start a new one, you going make it.

Another thing too, understand that you will not always feel strong and be on yourA game,but that doesn't mean that you have to fall either. Even if you not as strong as you were last week you can still fight, you may have to put in more effort but that's ok, as long as you winning. Also, I realize that we think that we have to go on our knees every single time, NO!!!, Sometimes just calling the name of Jesus pushes away the evil thought. Honest, try it. I'm saying alot but it helps, trust me. In terms of music, I know that we like to generalize sometimes, and we like to pick out what we like. But lemme say something,when your conviction allows you to listen to this music and He says leave the other alone, trust Him cause He knows the effect it will have on you, And sometimes we let the enemy use what is perfectly ok and what we love and perverts it. Sometimes he leads us to a place where we feel like we can't control anymore and we feel weak, and so we end up having to leave it alone cause we have no control. It's sad, but lemme tell you, if the Holy Spirit says leave it , it's better to leave it cause God is the one you can't live without,. I had to learn that myself too,you never know what can happen, maybe one day you'll get to that point where you'll be able to enjoy what you love (as long as the Holy Spirit allows),or maybe not but one things is for sure, right now, let it go cause it's not worth hurting your relationship with God. Bless up

Not being the devil’s advocate 😅😅 But it’s pretty much the same though if your husband is the first person you have sex with. Because of that “soul tie” you stay with your husband who was a good man prior. You convince yourself that it has to work with him and you stay in the relationship though you’re being mistreated.

That’s so true Kem, so truee because they are hard to break. The only difference is that , that one is built in a covenant and both parties would be answerable to God. So the approach would be different altogether. It still should be standing up tho and not settling which I think many have gotten wrong
