She's 24 and likes your vlog. Women of all ages can also benefit from this talk too, cause let me tell you, I am a middle-aged woman who is freshly divorced, and the struggle is real. [WARNING: EPISTLE AHEAD] 😀 But read on... Situationships can and does happen to mature Christian women too, especially if you were emotionally abused in a previous relationship(s)/marriage as I was, and you struggle with low self-esteem. So, it's inspiring to be reminded of your value and purpose and encouraged to stay true to your God during your crucible seasons. I was nodding to every bit of wisdom that came from your mouths, Zara and Omeka [pardon any misspellings]. I want someone reading this to know that seasons, including single seasons can be grueling and cathartic but as Solomon says they don't last forever if we use them for deep introspection and sending down stronger roots, doing the gritty work to find yourself and life balance again. And don't think you can go through it alone. As the ladies said, we gotta plug in and connect with our power source, God, so He can remind us in these seasons that we are royal and not who the devil says we are - born to be unhappy, born to be a yam head. Stop self-sabotaging; stop relying on yourself for strength; be gentle with yourself when you fall, [God says I'll catch you. I'll carry you.] And when those woe-is-me thoughts come, challenge them by literally counting your blessings aloud. And🙌 magnify the Lord aloud once you count a blessing. I was just reflecting this week on why my life has been so hard, and why I've been in what seems like sad seasons for so long and so frequently and the answer that came back was 'you chose the Christian path'. And the road to heaven is full of potholes. So all the employment challenges that comes because you are not going to work on the Sabbath, all the loneliness because you don't want to yield to fornication, all the rag doll shaking Satan's been doing you, and the toxic man traps you're navigating and falling into and escaping, all that is so you can become 'unyammified' 😁; it's so you can grow your faith muscles, and finally receive a crown from God some sweet day. But I have also proven, as Omeka said , that prayer works. It's just sad that we don't surrender🧎‍♂️🧎‍♀️ to it enough. And while you tear your hair and have sleepless nights because of overwhelm, God is waiting on you to focus and ask Him for your blessing. Sometimes you're next in line for your blessing enuh, but we give up on God, and then your lack of faith blocks God's desire to enlarge your territory and restore you like He did Job, Jabez, Naomi and Ruth. This Christian journey is challenging, and woman hab heaby load especially when a toxic man in church did ketch you and rub you out so til you nearly lose all you joy. If that's you reading this, don't give up. Old time people always say, 'What no dead no dash weh'. The devil is trying to dash we weh, but as long as we have life, we still have hope for the promise God made us in Jeremiah 29:11. Weeping endures for a night but joy comes in the morning. God is gonna do a new thing in your life after you've come out of your dark season sista/ brother. Hang on. It's just before dawn. Stay on your knees. It's 4 a.m in the morning and I can't sleep, so I went in search of you guys to see what I missed this week and as usual, you didn't disappoint. This ♥ to ♥ could become an empowering ladies ministry. Cause God knows none o dat going on at church right now. Have them more regularly. I also want to see one with hubby and a male buddy. Keep it real like you always do. And talk to the bredda dem weh nah treat them Christian girlfriend or wife right and those church-going playboys running around sowing their wild oats in the Church as well as the terrible, ungodly husbands [and wives too, cause I know the devil has many wives] who are wolves in sheep clothing, leading good Christian sisters and brothers astray with the sole intention to abuse and cripple them mentally and spiritually. Bless your dear hearts that you are able to enter our lives virtually in such a crazy time as this. Stay vigilant. Our adversary the devil is never happy with happy Christian couples. But pray earnestly for God's coverage over your home and marriage and lives as we all pray for you both. Happy Sabbath.

Hi ladies! I enjoyed to conversation! Zara I see we both love body scrubs, body wash and oil. I used the scrub twice wkly, apply the body oil with the wash clothe to my wet skin then apply lotion and body spray from VS or BBW. Victoria secret has some very good body scrubs and oil. I suggest you try them if or when you can. No doubt you will fall in love with the products. Great video as always! Keep posting!!

Best not to. It makes it harder when it's time to detangle yourself. And if the gifts are overtly large and expensive and took sacrifice then he might not take the disappointment of rejection well should you be the one to call off the relationship. A number of Jamaican women have even been attacked and killed [remember that girl in the supermarket in Mandeville] by men they spurned after taking money, apartment, cars, really big committment gifts. Trust me, turn your own key, pay your own rent and bills. That empowers you to say "No' to a man when the relationship goes sour or he does something that's non-negotiable or you just feel like changing your mind. Don't give away that power you have when you're financially independent. Also don't ever accept gifts when you know you're not into the person. Don't lead on anyone. Although this is not relevant to you some women think it. A man who isn't married to you is not under any obligation to support you. But nothing's wrong if you accept small birthday or courtship gifts to see if he'll be a generous partner when you're married. If he's not offering; if he's too frugal, run. Cuz chile, let me tell you financial abuse in marriage is real. I suffered that and no wife should have to experience that. All in all, before you accept gifts, learn as much about the man as you can. If he's emotionally/mentally unhinged or abusive, do not accept his gifts. Ask if there are any expectations when you are offered. Many men will want sexual favors or use gifts to lure you into manipulative, controlling situations. So, take time to know him and gauge his motives. If you are in a desperate situation and you accept a one-time gift, don't make it a habit. It's not bad if he wants to help you out of a bad situation - someone who loves you will want to help if he can-- but as I said, stay in control and repay and/or reciprocate where and whenever you can to keep things even, so you're not just taking but giving in the relationship. And I'm not talking about your body here. As a Christian woman, the goodies are not up for trade until marriage. And even then you give it to your husband for love in a partnership where you feel secure.
