I'm glad you recognize the complaining part and wanting to be grateful I am going to be seventy-three years old this summer I have wanted a car where I could go camping I've always wanted my own vehicle but social security doesn't make that possible with rent and utilities and groceries and insurance so I haven't had the opportunity to live my dreams my goal was to be able to afford a car so that I could live this kind of before I got too old to be able to live like I would want to so everyday I see it in a stick and bricks because I don't have any other way to go because I'm living with my children and I would love to have a lifestyle that you got enjoy every day

How old is Chase? He’s obviously elderly and I think he must love the constant company and the different places you take him as were he an elderly dog in a house he wouldn’t get the variety of smells and sights he gets with you.

Chase will be 14 in June. He likes to be around people as much as possible. If I had a "normal" life he would be left alone all day while I was at work. I think he likes that we are always together. He might not know where he is but he knows we are doing adventure stuff together 🐶😍

I’ve been living this life since February and did it for four months a few years ago. I’m heading to Daytona for my next car camping adventure in about a week!!! I’ve got my car very minimally stocked. It’s fun to treat yourself to a yummy restaurant or a shampoo at a salon. I love the quiet time after raising 3 kids to adulthood. Proud of all of us who give it a risk. Why not!!!

I spent 2 years on the road, traveling for work and car camping. I thought I missed having a house, so I bought one in Florida again. After spending the holidays there, I’ve been on the road for 2 months, and probably will only go to Florida to change clothes and get ready for a 3 month car camping trip out west this summer. It’s nice to have a homebase, and to spend the winters somewhere warm, but I’m fine traveling and living out of my minivan 6 months out of the year.

Hi Christine My name is Tony I just started watching a video for the first time I did venting for three years and then I got to pick up with a camper I gave it up always running looking for a place to sleep excetera excetera presently I live off the grid in a 30 foot travel trailer enough about me I just wanted to fill you in the first thing sweetie you have to stop doing is telling people where you are staying over KZbin living like you do will teach you how to be very conservative and by the way forget to make up your you have natural beauty have you considered making a bed frame and then you'll have your bed set up all the time and storage underneath and may I also add one more suggestion if you get a tarp and you close it into two doors and drape it over the hatch it should keep you from a little bit of wind and rain so you can cook back there how come the gator bait is in a stroller well sweetie I wish you the best of luck have a good day and great evening pleasant dreams

Hi Christine, love ur spirit !!! I've been living outta my 2019 Toyota Rav 4 for about 6 weeks. It's been fun and interesting. 😂 Lotta hiking, fishing, camping, biking, and way to many restaurants. I cook every other day to slow expenses. Gotta get in a routine to start every day🙏. That puts me ahead and ready to roll 😊 I gotta be honest with you and tell you that I gotta upgrade. It's been an experience, but I need a more space with a shower, toilet, big bed, stove and oven to eat healthy and save money. Motorhome will also give me some better morning views 😅Memorial day weekend is the goal and then it's time to see every state 🥳 I'm better for having seen ur journey. God bless and protect you. Hi Christine, very cool video, great content. We really enjoy your videos, when a lot of other females nomads are doing videos about quitting van life for whatever reason, you just keep plugging away like the little Energizer Bunny. The females that are giving up this lifestyle gave all kind of reasons why they were quitting and most of the reasons seemed legit, but they all danced around the questions about money. I think a lot of these KZbinr's are dependent on Adsense revenue which is at an all time low presently, so I guess they feel there's no future in being a content creator. Wouldn't it make more sense to work a few seasonal jobs to add to your income plus keep making travel videos?

My car was smaller and I don't , unfortunately have a dog.I finally bought a soft roof storage thing, to put some clothes and such,to relieve the clutter. Then a neighbor asked me to stay in her spare bedroom,then she died 2 months after I moved in.
