[I've said it before, but I'll say it again] I find a strange fascination with the business-y side of the lifestyle. It's something your contemporaries really aren't doing. The content and adventures are the main draw... but this side of it truly is unique.

I’ve done the food deliveries before, but my current favorite is tutoring with Cambly. It is super easy with no degree required and you can pick up hours anytime. One thing to consider: The city you’re in at the time can make a huge difference. My friend and I both tried this on scooters when we were recently out of work at the same time. He wanted to compare our experiences because HE had been thinking of doing this as a way to travel the country and also see old friends like me and be able to make money while visiting. He lives in Seattle and I live in Fresno. He made a ton of money in Seattle. It’s a very affluent city and everything is close together. I’m in Fresno and didn’t make any money because it’s too poor and spread out. In Fresno there are too many people trying to be a delivery driver and not enough people placing orders.

Love what you do to save and make money. Some days you can try something different. If it's baseball season you can go to the parking and if you see someone guiding cars where to park you can ask where their temp agency is that hired them. You can let them know you are available and if you can bring your car to check on your dog. I like watching Jazzy Mac channel for work at home jobs too. Also most restaurants under cook is not the main cook all the time, sometimes they hire the prep lady. You prep the cold stuff like chop vegies. Most fast food fried chicken places hire a prep lady. A nice restaurant in Colorado Springs was hiring one and was paying $20 an hour. It was opened at dinner time so the position was during the day to prep the vegies. Almost every restaurant has a prep person. Preps the cold side of the food. You prep what the cook doesn't have time to do. And most let you take a meal home. Since you have a pet you can apply part time. And most have weekends and the best hours. You can prep Friday for Saturday and Sunday so you may have Saturday and Sunday off. And you leave once you are done. Or you may have a flexible schedule.

Hey. I enjoyed both videos about using food delivery apps to supplement your income. Some friendly thoughts. When someone has a regular job. Most just "say" or calculate that they are making the hourly wage they are given. Example, 20 dollars an hour. At 20 an hour, we're really only making 15 an hour at our regular job because of all the taxes and withholdings. That 15 is what most people refer to as our take home (I'm sure you know this.) Also keep in mind that when we calculate take home, we never calculate other ancillary costs. What you are doing is certainly more exact! It's something most other people should follow as an example. However, in order to compare apples to apples of Food Delivery vs a Regular job, all the withholdings and various accountings have to be the same. Right now, your data is skewing hard toward Food Delivery not being worth it. I believe that if you did the same calculations for a "regular" non-remote job where you took in all the official deductions (taxes, social security, etc.) , and non-official deductions (gas from commute, car maintenance from a 30 hour commute each way, you would likely find a job that pays 20 an hour also only nets out to 10 an hour. Keep up the videos! I'm sure your channel, and youtube income will grow!

Hey Christine! Good to see a newer video. I just wanted to let you know: Whole Foods markets do not necessarily mean it’s a safe neighborhood.
