I love your "decoration" of bacon ;) This looks so delish. When that bacon fell when you were cutting, I immediately said "EAT THE BACON!" and you went for the less obvious piece, the one on top of the roast lol. MOAR BACON!!!!! Happy New Year!

+CookingAndCrafting Haha! This *did* turn out really tasty! Bacon makes anything better! One of my most viewed videos (15K+ views so far) is a bacon wrapped pork tenderloin. Apparently I'm not the only one who thinks it's a good idea. LOL Happy New Year, Beth! Good to see you drop in!

Oh ya my cardiologist will love this one. I don't think I'll even ask him about it. I bet you drive your neighbors nuts... Happy New Year John!

+mobiltec If I had a cardiologist, I wouldn't dare mention it to him. It was good stuff, Larry. And yeah, I stink up the whole neighborhood. LOL Happy New Year!

It looks amazing as always. That stuffing did pretty well in the pork. I believe I would have liked the end piece best! HA! You always doing a wonderful job Moosie! I hope 2016 is a healthy and happy year for you. Hugs!

+imperceptibleme I only went for the middle for presentation, and for the thumbnail. The two end pieces were the next to go. LOL Thanks, Melissa!

+cyacmom Thankee, ma'am! It was an interesting experiment, and turned out to be worth it. The kid was more interested in your ribbons than he was in his prezzies. He really did like the treats, and natch, I can't find that flavor at Publix. Probably at Pet Smart, or some specialty house like that.
@cyacmom9 жыл бұрын
+Anonymoose dont remember exactly what the treats were...but they came from somewhere normal, like walmart or kroger (or the dollar tree)...(hehe..google them..you might find where they are available)

+cyacmom They were a Friskies flavor assortment, and apparently part of a promotion, because they were marked "not for individual sale," or something like that. Since then, a new Friskies line just showed up in Publix, slightly different, but similar, and His Majesty seems to think they're okay.

+cyacmom Yes he has, hasn't he. I try to avoid reminding him, though, because he has enough of an ego as it is. LOL

Your cheddar looks really orange! Even the extra mature stuff here is still very much pale yellow. Mind you i was also yelling mind the string on your sample piece. Does look very yum.
@Anonymoose9 жыл бұрын
+Liz Kimber It's probably just extra food dye. We have cheddars ranging from orange to almost white. For some unknown reason, American consumers seem to expect cheese to be orange. I was watching for the string, because I knew I'd cut right across it. It was (and still is) a delicious roast.
