Fudge is a lot easier than you think! Sweetened condensed milk and chocolate chips. Put in a double boiler, or microwave until chocolate is melted. Set in fridge until it's set.

Put parchment paper in pan then when fudge is ready lift out holding corners of parchment paper. Peel down side. It is easier to cut.

Fudge is reasonably easy to make, even without the Velveeta. I use my grandmother’s recipe, which I later discovered was the one on the back of the Marshmallow Fluff jar. 🤫 about 10 minutes works, no thermometer required, nice and smooth. 😍

Aldi is just about the only supermarket we go to, have been going to for over 3 decades. There's one just about behind the corner from us (Belgium). Yes, it's off-brand and some things can be hit or miss, but mostly it takes some getting used to if you are a brand shopper. It takes a while to get to know things around there, for sure! Not gonna lie. Aldi is different country to country, because things are locally produced / sourced. That in itself is priceless.

Watching you make Velveeta Fudge made my heart so happy. People used to think i was nuts when i told them my Granny used to make it every Christmas. It wasn't Christmas until she started making it and storing it in Christmas tins. I knew it was Velveeta Fudge wen i saw the first of the video, it doesn't cut like regular fudge.. lol We lost her this past May so this Christmas was heartbreaking without her. She made Christmas for our family. We always made the peanut butter ritz also,, we usually dipped them in the white chocolate almond bark and some in milk chocolate. Fudge is super easy to make. I made some the other day. Chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk and little butter in a saucepan. Threw it in a glass pan after it melted and was smooth then into the fridge for a few hours. Boom, done.

We usually use chocolate almond bark for the peanut butter Ritz sandwich things. Been a staple since I was a wee little lad! The last 2 years we went an got the huge costco box of Ritz and made the hole box! They are a hit and so easy! We also use tongs to dip in chocolate!

the most simple fudge is 16oz of whits icing 16oz of peanut butter of your choice melt in the microwave then add to get there put in the refrigerator still solid and there you go you have homemade fudge.

Microwave, put in 8' square pan in fridge a few hours. Voila Fudge. After that the possibilities are endless. You can add any flavors to fudge. Pecans, nuts, dried fruit, any nuts, raisins, junior mints, crushed candy canes, peanut butter chips.
