I am a vintage lady, but in the baby book my mother kept, COOKIE was my first word. I have lived up to that. I don't like cookies with goo on them, so these four recipes are a super gift. No goo; just deliciousness! I can't wait to make them with my granddaughter. She's eleven years old and loves to come over and bake with me. Thanks to my husband of almost 57 years, I have lots of kitchen tools. My stand-up mixer is a workhorse. I love it. I also want to wish you and your spouse (and the animals too, of course) a blessed and very merry Christmas. You are a gift to all of us. Thank you, Mr. Jacobs.

I live in Sweden, but I'm from Brazil. In Brazil we don't bake cookies before Christmas. But here in Sweden they have an old tradition to bake seven sorts of cookies before Christmas Eve. Of course I don't bake all of these. Actually I bake my favorite cookies from Brazilian culture, it is "sweet nhoque". They are made with parmesan cheese. But in the end they are sweet. The result is fluffy and sweet cookies. I love your show. You and Lizette are perfect together. Marry Christmas for you, Lizette and for all your pets. Oh, in the end, sorry about my English.

All of these cookies look really good! A tough choice for which one is best. Maybe it depends on what kind of day you're having as to which cookie you might like to have. I was thinking it might be fun to add mint extract to the matcha green cookies for the mint lovers, but I'm not sure if would work as I don't remember what matcha flavor is. It all looks cozy by the fireside. Avery so cute checking out the cookie situation. These cookies would be great for a Christmas cookie exchange, or to give as gifts. Wonderful! Thank you for the video. Take care and have a great weekend. See you in the next episode.♥️🍪🎄🐕❄️🎁🌱🫖

Some really good cookies!👌Especially the matcha ones. I love making cookies with finely chopped walnuts - making a dough from plain flour, powdered sugar, vanilla, chopped walnuts and pinch of salt. and an egg yolk. Leave the dough rest in the feidge for about 2 hours. Then shape a half moon shapes, about 6 cm long and bake for 15 minutes at 160 centigrade.

I have a cookie recipe for Linzer Torte cookies which have a lot of butter in them, ground almonds and it calls for confectioners sugar for sweetener. I make them like ice box cookies and refrigerate them, then slice them bake at 350 degrees for minutes and voila! They always get compliments and are easy just as one layer, raspberry jam as desired! They are really nice just with nothing extra on them! It’s the butter that comes through! But be careful as they can easily burn with the butter ingredient! They have been my “go to” cookie recipe this year!🎄👏🎄
