They need to ban the horses. It's cruel and they're very hard to see at night. The horses are not wearing reflective vests or anything.

I was driving on J Street last week, slower than usual because of all the chaos, and then a horse-drawn carriage pulls up to turn onto J and it genuinely spooked me because you couldn't see it. It didn't have any lights like a car or reflective jacket. That's extremely dangerous.
