hey , sculpture art is made up of a paste which get dried on air, water based basically but you can make it waterproof with a layer of varnish. this is an Russian art form with which you can create endless item and give ur painting a 3d look 😊.Items are available online and in store of Itsy bitsy (link in description) 😊
