Just found your channel and loving these Parkrun videos! I’ve just started running consistently in the last 6 months and clocked up 25 Parkruns this year. PB of 21:44 at present but 2025 is going to be “Operation Sub 20” and once at that stage, I’ll have a few local vulnerable Parkruns in my sights! 🏃🏻

We had our parkrun in Ontario yesterday with the wind chill of -25. No thoughts of cancelling and the 25 people who turned up " enjoyed " it. This could be your next vulnerable parkrun. First finisher did it in 24.35! Did I mention that it was cold?

My local park run at Long eaton is very quick and flat. The other week a load of elites turned up. Put it this way the guy that ran 16:35 came 14th. 😂 winner did a 15:40. Not one for a hijack but a potential for a PB. I romped home in a rather respectable 29:31 to finish in 286th place. So not too far behind the leaders 😂
