Christmas Vacation light show w/ Clark Griswold on 20ft ladder and Cousin Eddie mannequin

There are several versions of Christmas Vacation light show introductions, but I wanted to create my own. I also added some props to the show including Clark Griswold on 20ft ladder and a Cousin Eddie mannequin.

This is awesome, showed my wife and she loved it too! Quick question what projector are you using and how did you build that enclosure for it! I was thinking about this for my garage. Any help you can provide is appreciated!

My Optoma 1090 is in a square deck box that's weatherproof with a ventilation fan added to bring in cool air for the projector. I do have to map the videos to the garage. I use Adobe After Effects for that.

Great show! How do you secure the projector? I'm considering this method too, but scared it will "walk away".

The Optoma projector is in a locked weatherproof deck box on the side of the driveway. I use the corner pinning effect, used in most projection mapping, that reshapes the video to fit the size of the garage. I run my show with a pi player and the projector is connected to a pi in remote mode. They're always in sync as long as the name of the sequence, song and MP4 video are exactly the same.
