Hello from France I’m a 63years old lady diagnosed with liver cirrhosis a year and half ago due to an immune illness I watch you and pray for you cause its really horrible situation I decided to take my treatment and see the liver expert and do my regular check ups but beside that I do not-do anything I eat whatever I want and do whatever I want I’m naturally a very positive person Sending you lots of love ❤️ take care

The Vagas Nerve is wrapped around the esophagus, so maybe you can look that up to see if learning how to activate it to relax that issue. Staying in the fight or flight side of your nervous system starts recking everything. 😊

Pray it's not where your lungs to turn to glass ..my daughters friend had it..they gave her 6 months .She lived 6 years . Was only 36😢

Maybe more magnesium? Not much glare can see your eyeballs ❤. I found cashews gave me little magnesium calms my gut.

Th fact of the e matter is doctors and healthcare today is dangerously bad. And to have a thing like this feels like a death sentence. I go to the Cleveland Clonic they have had zero doctors for 6 months and that’s my life line. It’s hell

Hopefully you rely on Protein shake drinks just to get that Protein however you can. I like Premier Protein chocolate flavor mixed with my coffee ☕ Each serving has 30 grams of Protein per serving.
