Hey Neil! Day in day out it can be hard to stay in a good place!❤ Sometimes it’s one minute at a time for me! I try to be thankful for one more day on this earth. Most of us can relate to what our saying. The silver lining for us is we have you & others who understand what we are going through. Thank You for sharing your journey with us & giving liver disease a run for its money! The battle gets hard not just physically but mentally as well! This is a journey not a destination & you’re helping people one video at a time! Keep fighting Neil, we all need each other right now!❤ No one is alone!❤

I hear you. I've been in and out of the hospital, low red cell, low potassium, low magnesium, high bp, then low. I finally got cleared for the upper and lower with G.I., should be his week but I know because I've had cirrhosis for years that my liver is the issue but like you said, they do a scan or whatever even if blood work looks ok they keep dismissing what I'm trying to convey. I should be scheduled this week and not that I want a bad outcome, I just want some dam answers so I can have some semblance of peace, well understanding. I'm so glad you landed in my feed. I'm maybe thinking of doing some videos as an outlet. I don't have subs really but it will help me at the very least. I'm sorry I was long winded, but I am just really grateful I met someone who gets it and I have zero emotional support also So Thank You SO Much!!! Much love----- Em💙

It’s like your life is in a permanent holding pattern. When you tell people you have Cirrhosis they want no part. It’s terrible lonely l. Even the ones that love you just can’t understand it

I understand how all that feels, sometimes it’s more confusion than good. But I have it and I’ll roll with it, I’ll keep fighting, even without anyone. It’s a hard disease as it is but add doing it alone. It adds to it. So find something that makes you happy and focus on it, I have my reptiles to help. And you are welcome to email as well neil12020@yahoo.com put liver friend in subject. Hang in there. And hey if you want to make videos I say do it. I’ll watch em. And I’m sure others will too

Sorry you’re having a bad day. Doctors can’t do anything for the liver expect ultra sound to make sure it hasn’t turned to cancer yet. Doc told told me to take vitamin E for fat build up ,, made my creatine go high I stopped . All we can do is no sugar , no food that makes heme iron .. red meat ,, hamburger , pork etc. no gluten dairy. ❤ Most people die of complications , immunity, cancer before liver quits or transplants. It’s all up to us.

Everybody out there that wants to understand why some days are better than other days start of food journal. This is not just a food but anything that goes down your throat. Write the time down and write how you feel at that time If you start feeling better or worse significantly they're write it down and write the time. The key is to figure out the best possible things for each individual to avoid. This is the best way to hopefully avoid certain things that make you feel worse at certain times. Everything in moderation and something your body just doesn't like and it may be will make you feel lousy hours later. 🙏♥️

My family avoids me like the plaque.....they're afraid I'll ask them for help. LOL. Only half teasing. I push myself but sometimes, you can't. Give yourself grace to rest.

Hi, I just want to mention my recent test results. I had an ultrasound which looked normal, and then today I had a fibroscan and that was normal. I don’t understand it as my last fibroscan showed F3, but the scan indicated early stage cirrhosis and that was over 3 years ago. So either both recent scans are wrong or things have improved. The only thing I’ve been doing different is high dose vitamin C, and castor oil packs over the liver. I’m guessing the doctor will want to see me soon and maybe want a biopsy, so I’ll keep you updated.

Please Please tell me you have health insurance in this crazy USA Today where we are all being stressed over health insurance wrongly, it's just criminal - the USA medical system has really changed so much, it's a darn shame. I am alone so who knows how I'll get thru what your doing. Everyone hates to burden others, it's so common when you have always been independent. We need one another and we should all help others when they need us. YOU see & are the sunny side of the road kinda guy!! 🌼🌝🌻

Thank you so much for this video. I have been feeling really down and frustrated at the fact I can no longer keep up with “normal” people. I have hideous lethargy, and my anxiety and depression has been bad too. I take medication for depression and anxiety and it does help. I hate cirrhosis. I have NAFLD Cirrhosis. It’s really crap. I am happy that we moved house to a really nice area. And I’m so happy to be slowly getting back into doing my crafting stuff again. Thanks again for your video. It’s been very helpful. 😊
