I have the shoulder tightness but no pain. Cannot hold my arm out to do this exercise. Recommendations?

@@harryparnell5800 You might need either stability, strength or mobility drills to perform these. Rotator cuff, rhombois, mid traps & serratus anterior, work (strength + stability), some shoulder mobility and thoracic too.

@@harryparnell5800look up the bow🏹 or book stretch. You do it laying down. It's part of my PT homework. Doing the first five really suck but it does help take the edge off the pain. I also really recommend AskDrJo here on KZbin. I've used her videos so many times ❤
