I love these videos. They are so helpful, and they sometimes help me figure out how to resolve physical problems myself. I have had a stiff neck since pulling my neck when carrying a heavy weight years ago. Physical therapy has sometimes helped but nothing has actually resolved my neck stiffness & limited range of motion. I am adopting some of the movements you recommend in your videos. I will check out the neck video you mention. Thank you for sharing your wisdom.

Never seen upper crossed syndrome with fat deposition, but have seen it with fluid pooling in that region and hypertonic muscles that make the “neck hump” look more prominent

Thanks for sharing! Please say more about the "fluid pooling". Where do you see it specifically in cases of upper crossed syndrome?

Well, what does one do who has a damaged neck from an accident??
@painfixprotocol10 ай бұрын
Great question! As a general rule the best thing a person can do in those circumstances is to restore normal structure and normal function to the damaged area. The Active Traction Unit (ATU) is a tool that can help to rehabilitate the neck curve.

Thx great video dr.Yoni , but is there also a remedy to fix pain in the deltoides? For I suffer a long time with this especially when I sleep on the right side. When I make a turning rotatation with this deltoides it makes noise. Btw what is a good sleep position on the side, and what position is the best one in regard with the deltoides during side sleeping ?

Without and examination, it's difficult to say exactly what the problem in your shoulder might be and what steps you should be taking. In general, sleeping on your back is going to be the best option for people with shoulder problems. I have a whole playlist of shoulder-related videos on this channel that might be interesting for you. Here's the link: kzbin.info/aero/PL1rO7vW04HUBscJklj1g7Ji-gz8a1Dllu

What happens when you detach your right rhomboids and go misdiagnosed for 7 years, which causes cci.
@painfixprotocol9 ай бұрын
Wow! I'm so sorry. Was this person able to have the rhomboid re-attached?
@kmathis119 ай бұрын
@painfixprotocol yes I was able to have both rhomboid major and minor reattached.
