Chrysler 200 no start, battery change

Someone slapped the engineer who decided to put the battery there.

could you leave the tire on? The manual says crank to tight to remove. looks like you have mush more room with wheel off but extra🤔 steps.

to get the inner wheel well cover off it works best to remove the wheel. I wish you the best on your battery replacement.

@@michaelbrunn1078 12.6 is fully charged for the voltage, yet the battery amperage may be too low to engage the starter. Many auto parts stores will do a load test on your battery for free. I wish you the best on your repair

After getting the battery out and following your video ....I will say there is no way you can get the battery out WITHOUT removing the tire.... Poor Chrysler manual and design😢... Thanks again

What about the codes ? Does it matter

the check engine codes may be gone because the battery was disconnected. They will come back if their is another fault.
