They do make disinfectant sprays that you can use between steps so you don’t have to worry about cross contamination while cooking and washing with soap and water afterwards. Clorox has one that’s Free and Clear and works on most surfaces including food surfaces
@MrMrsregor8 ай бұрын

I just think you're missing a lil maple syrup on the bacon. get a touch of rounded sweetness. If you make that again I HIGHly suggest the maple syrup rub.

Can you explain the little hot plate you use on your cutting board? Maybe even tell us where we can get one for ourselves?
@kennybaumann211711 ай бұрын
That is not a hot plate it is a metal Trivet that he uses to protect his cutting board. To his left is a 2 burner gas stove that is off camera most of the time. He edits the stove time in consideration of time and just moves the pot in camera view so we can see what it's supposed to look like.

I bought some beef cheeks at HEB awhile back and cooked them like this, after trimming, and the inside of the meat was all slimy and snot-like and tasted like booty. Did I get a bad batch, or are they all like this?
@martinflores735411 ай бұрын
I’m sure they like that. Barbacoa in my opinion is hot and miss some like 🐈 other like 💩. If I buy barbacoa I buy from a well known establishment not a whole in the wall cuz they will give all fat and grizzle 🤢
