Thank you very much for this tutorial! it's the best tutorial on youtube! Is it the original recipe to marinate the beef with honey?😳 I'm scared to use honey coz it might taste weird...
@chungskfood2 жыл бұрын
Thank you so much for the kind words! I think honey is better for health than sugar, so I often use it when cooking. If you don't like adding honey, you can add sugar. Hope this works for you!

Honey doesn't have an overbearing taste when used as a marinade, but it breaks down and tenderizes the meat. Honey and pineapple juice are amazing in bulgogi marinade.

Substitute soya paneer for the meat. I cube mine and freeze it the night before. Then I reheat in a pan with a little oil before adding. The Indian soya paneer already seems to have much less liquid than tofu so it performs well in this recipe like pressed tofu.

I made unnecesarrily amount of those blanched and seasoned vegetables and the rest of ingredients can feed me for next lunch/dinner ( I made it for breakfast),,
@chungskfood Жыл бұрын
Wow, I am so proud of you! When you have leftover bibimbap ingredients, it's recommended to store them in a container in the fridge for 2-3 days. When you're ready to eat, you can simply place the leftover ingredients on top of warm rice and mix them together. If you prefer, you can also reheat the ingredients slightly before adding them to the rice. Thank you for trying out my recipe and sharing! :)

In this video, I just used red pepper paste. The ingredients for bibimbap are somewhat seasoned, so it's delicious even if you mix only red pepper paste and sesame oil. If you want to use more delicious red pepper paste sauce, please refer to the link below. The amount of red pepper paste (gochujang) sauce is for 3-4 people, so you can't add it all at once, you can adjust it while mixing. Thank you! kzbin.infoRdCNl9OE0tE

Nice job explaining how to make Bibimbap at home! I don't eat meat and I like to substitute some mushroom in place of meat. Bibimbap is always my favorite Korean dish! I love it!🥬🌶 Thanks for making this video!♥
