@@usaman7358 I am 68 and had my prostate removed for cancer 3 weeks ago. One of the results is temporary (anything up to 18 months ) loss of erection (ED). My doctor started me straight away on 5mg daily to kick start the healing process. At first I had bad muscle pains in my legs, a headache and slight bowel problems but this passed in a few days. The plus side is that my high blood pressure has started to decline, i can pass water far easier, its is very helpful in weight loss and I have less tenderness in the area of the operation. It is still far to early to make a comment about the ED problem. For people without a ED problem the advantage of Cialis or Tadalafil which is what I take is that , unlike Viagra, the effects are long lasting, up to 36 hours, so if you are taking it for sex your timing does not have to be precise but more spontaneous. Also Cialis when taken on a regular basis builds up in the blood and becomes more and more effective. i hope that this helps. There is plenty of further free info on the net.

Just want to post some info here that may help someone else. I wa prescribed Cialis by my doc for Ed 20 mg. It worked fine but the next day I had severe joint and back pain so much so that I got no sleep that night. Went on the net to try and find a solution but found nothing. I had some extra strength Tylenol on hand and decided to take it out of desperation due to the pain. Very frustrating that there was no info on the net dealing with any kind of solution for the side effect other than just waiting for it to go away really? When the Tylenol kicked in the relief was immediate. Now I can take the Cialis with no fear of the pain. Hope this helps.

I am 52 and my function with daily tadilafil and trt has made me 20 again, it takes 10-12 minutes to ejaculate whereas before treatment 40 seconds was the norm

You're right, I just realized that Mario updated his favorite way to tackle ED and it's crazy! Although what he previously talked about was pretty decent, it was difficult to follow, I just go'ogled the latest in Mario Volpstein's Erections at Will, it's so much simpler and potent now!
