I (@75)can tell you first hand 2.5 mg/day cialis does help with flow and seems to reduce prostate inflammation and even size.Per Dr. Scholtz cialis does aggravate gerd. One seems to acclimate to the mild dizziness. Definitely enhances libido as well as erectile function.I also notice an enhancement with physical strength with workouts. A general "tonic" of sorts.

Back pain is another side effect (from tadalifil) that some men have. I had back pain for about two weeks and then it went away. I,ve been taking 5mg daily for more than a decade. I stopped taking the tadalifil for a few weeks maybe a half dozen times during this period. I had a couple of weeks of back pain every time I restarted the tadalifil.

What’s the recommended protocol for Cialis in this use scenario? 5mg daily? Are higher daily doses okay if 5mg doesn’t provide good results for urinary functions?

Thanks for this video. Regarding Cialis it would be helpful if the doctor could comment on dosage. 5mg/daily appears to be recommended for BPH, but is more or less ever indicated?

There's a 2.5 mg dose and some doctors start you there before moving you to the 5 mg for bph. I think I'll ask my urologist at my next appointment if they ever prescribe 10mg daily for bph. I think they might if it's for bph and ed, but I'm sure they wouldn't exceed 10mg daily due to the half life of tadalifil, after about a week and a half on 10mg daily a person would be near the 20mg maximum daily dose.

I had 40 treatments of proton radiation, I’m now 4-months out and my urinary function has improved dramatically. I also take flowmax 1 capsule a day. Is one benefit of proton radiation an improvement in urinary function?.

Excellent explanation. I've been taking Terazosin for my BPH for a long time with great results. However, now that I am 73 I think my 10 mg daily dosage needs to be adjusted, or I have to try another medication. I am having too many of the negative side effects. People forget that with age our metabolism changes, and our sensitivity increases.

Nobody is recommending 10 mg PER DAY. All seem to recommend 2.5-5.0 mg only. Do your homework!

@@usaman7358 You can't read. I've been taking 10mg of Terazosin, not Cialis. I am considering switching to 5mg daily does of Cialis instead of Terazosin.

I am just about to try cialis. Here in the Philippines it costs around USD5 each 5 mg tablet. That will be USD1,800 per annum so kinda expensive. Any comments and/or advice welcome.

Look for the generic, not the brand Cialis. Should be significantly cheaper.

Not 'a little it of acid reflux', a very painful bout of acid reflux for a long time for those who are prone to it. I can't take cialis without also taking a med for my stomach.

I have been taking 5 mg. a day for bph and it has helped greatly. Initially doc put me on Flomax. Flomax had all the side affects that you don't need. Low libido, limp you know what. Cialis is the way to go. Helped with the stream and Ed at the same time.

I'm 69. I've been taking 5 mg of Tadalafil for 2 years now and it works well for sex. I would only take it when sex was expected, and it stays active for 36 hours. Should I take it daily to help with my enlarged prostrate?
