Ciamella is a bread from, Frosinone, Italy the town where my uncle grew up. I have always wanted to learn how to make it so I invited my cousin Stephen over to teach me. This bread is not well know outside of this region in Italy but it has been a fixture of dinners with my Aunt & Uncle as long as I can remember. This video is a documentation of a family recipe. I hope you try it & love it.
