These are kinds of shows which our government must find ways to have every citizen watch. But the story goes the other way round. Thank you @Trevor cant miss an episode.

I thoroughly enjoyed this discussion. Mr. McSharry exudes his management philosophy of honesty, being down to earth and having integrity. I have learnt valuable lessons. I liked his rugby analogy on leadership: everyone has a different role and different skills yet they are all working towards one goal.

Hahahaha about what? This is beyond the sensation. Do you think Themba fits in to that? Temba is good at talking about other peoplr and threatening to beat up old man.

@@petermura3763 ya sure i dont think temba can bring something to this level we have here. These stories are calm and real. This is not discussing of other people but talking of educative inspirational stories and journey

Could you please have Mr. Mutemwa Ushewokunze on your show. He is a brilliant banker and a great Zimbabwean.

I really enjoyed the conversation. As usual awesome conversation. He reminded me of the wonderful Irish nuns from my high school days at Nagle House!!!Zimbabwe is a beautiful country, its sad that we hear others say that while most of us Zimbabweans have stopped seeing the beauty in our homeland

Very informative and educative conversation. We need to get the risk averse banks in Zim to work with the government in funding special sectors, this will cascade to a different income or revenue stream for the businesses thus having a domino effect on the high bank charges that a lot of Zimbabweans succumb to.

Did you also listen the part before that 18:20 where he talks about Zimbabwe being on the red list and what it means for some businesses? You are just selectively hearing. Did you also listen to the interview with Lance? No. Please don't remove context when you listen to conversations otherwise you are simply browsing for what you want to hear.

Don't listen to conversations like this to hear what you want. I understand the intellectual tempo may be high.
