You forgot the 2 biggest crimes: -Possession of a nuke hidden in a civilian area, the fusion reactor was built by Wayne enterprises and he was well aware of the dangers and he deliberately hide it from the public and the army... -Possession of many unregistered military grade tanks, which were taken by the league of shadows and used to take the city. Batman pretty much created the uprising by himself.

"Tank" is any moving vehicle designed specifically to Withstand enemy fire while moving. The batmobile "Tumbler" was armored but it was mainly designed to jump huge gaps for quick "bridge making" for the army. It is not a military grade tank but it is a civilian grade tank. And for some reason it has a rotating cannon on its top, with high explosive capability.

I feel like some of those situations of "battery and false imprisonment" are kinda fair though. Batman did know there were crimes being comitted and in terms of reasonable force they were armed pretty heavily. Like to the point where use of lethal force would have been fair if Batman killed. Also there were points where Batman was technically working with/for the cops.

Batman is more or less an unofficial police asset/consultant, especially in more recent films. This doesn’t exempt him completely from criminal charges (when he intimidates witnesses, for example), but as far as I understand it does allow him to be more confrontational under the law than an average Joe off the street. Most of the people he beats up are in the process of committing crimes and armed with weapons, and he usually only uses the force required to take them down.
