If you think about it though Harvey. Lost his family and his future. And was manipulated in coerced into this by the joker. A man grieving is not going to think logically irrationally. Meaning a strong defensive temporary insanity can be made in his case because. He was a man grieving for the woman he loved and his family that was taken away and was manipulated by a psychopath who at the time of the manipulation was not in his right state of mind he was horribly disfigured. He went temporarily insane unfortunately. Along with the underlying and mental issues that were present prior to this as well as the stigma against mental health in general. I would move for a verdict of not guilty by reason of a temporary insanity. As he was not mentally fit to stand trial for the crimes he committed while in his psychosis.

Ras Al Ghul was just crashing Bruce's birthday party before torching the place, so he should get a restraining order in addition to the arson charge instead of that one extra burglary charge. Besides you can't exactly prove a burglary while there happens to be a party going on with other people around and also there would sometimes be little to no evidence after the burning-down-the-building thing happens.
