Found the episode enjoyable, but also annoying. Rarity has learned the lesson "be the best YOU you can be" and "it doesn't always take 'elite tastes' to make something good" so many times, it felt like a huge step backwards to see her telling another business owner to conform.

What do you expect? Fluttershy has learned the same "don't be afraid to assert yourself' lesson repeatedly, Twiight keeps learning that magic isn't the only answer, Dash keeps being reminded that it's not all about her, the list goes on. They made these characters into such tropes that after so long, they're just forced to keep repeating the same lessons again and again. And now they're making a whole new generation that's just repeating the same 'ponies don't get along' plot they made that one episode about in this generation.

@@singingwolf8997 that’s because there trying to teach people you can’t fix your flaw with just fixing one situation that involves it for example one confidence boost won’t cure Fluttershy’s Anxiety and Shyness which is very real and Twilight had to learn that not everything can be perfect and she’s still very compulsive with it so it will take a while to fix that

@@singingwolf8997 I hate it when people bring up Fluttershy "learning the same thing" when that's what makes it good. Anxiety can't be fixed through one situation, she's finding ways to cope with it and get better through numerous different situations. They may all involve her shyness, but they're different in their own right. It's not something you can simply get over. As someone with anxiety myself, I'm glad it was represented so well in her character.

Yes Cinemare Sins time again, Spice Up Your Life is yet another one of my all time favorite season 6 episodes seeing Pinkie Pie and Rarity go on a friendship quest to save a restaurant from going out of business was fun to watch, and "It's Gonna Work" is one of the best season 6 song imo in fact Saffron Masala was my favorite new character for this episode she was beautiful, and in conclusion Rarity was right in the end when she said that no one has the right to tell people/ponies what to eat especially not some snobby food critic.
