He only attacked Ray and Julie because they were the only 2 left I felt like he targeted them in order of Who deserved to die the most with the exception of Max. Also he probably knew Barry and Helen would ignore the letter probably the reason they were sent to Ray and Julie Barry was screaming pretty loud so he probably heard a thing or two

There's another mistake I noticed, last time I watched the movie: One of the photos in Ben's boat is this really close up picture of Ray and Julie. Either, Ben zoomed the lense in really close or he was standing, like, a few feet away from them. ***** yes but the doctor died OF OLD AGE at 550 years old maybe it was because of his adventuring that shortened his lifespan so ive accounted for that so lets say he lost about 100 years thats 650 years before a timelord regenerates because of old age. the doctor. the doctor has been killed before his time loom at the 11th he lived for 600 years until he was old and died of old age after 500 or so years. timelords die naturally at the age of 550. im right how do i know im right other than working it out? i asked one of the older show runners about it and they said that they hadnt planned the old age death but that it does set in stone that timelords live around 550 years. dont try and mess with the one person that knows more about the doctor than any one person probably should.
