This Roti recipe is a modified version , I adapted from Chinese soft fluffy bun, The Cinnamon Brown Sugar Roti is a delightful twist on the soft chewy texture, combining the warm, comforting flavors of cinnamon, butter and brown sugar. Perfect for breakfast, a snack, or dessert. Serve them warm for a comforting treat that everyone will love.💕

Ingredients:
- 3 cups All purpose flour
- 4 tablespoons Granulated sugar
- 1 envelope ( 6 grams ) Active dry yeast
- 1 cup Lukewarm water
- 1 teaspoon Baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon Salt
- 3 tablespoons Canola oil
- 2 tablespoons Black sesame ( optional )
🥟Allow the dough to proof in the warm spot until doubled in size, ~ 1.5 hours or refrigerate overnight
