Today, I made cinnamon rolls that are perfect for fall weather like these days. It seems like a really happy taste to eat a soft bread with a subtle cinnamon scent and a generous amount of cream cheese frosting with coffee. ❤
I spread the cinnamon filling thinly so that it wasn't too sweet, and it was moderately sweet and really delicious! The cream cheese frosting isn't too sweet either, so it's a recipe that's easy to eat with a moderate sweetness.
Cinnamon rolls are made by rolling the dough and cutting it with thread, but it's surprisingly difficult to make it into a uniform size. 😂 So I cut the dough in advance and rolled it up, and it turned out to be much more uniform and pretty!
In the video, I baked it on a tray, but you can also make it by fermenting it in an oven pan without a tray. 😊
It's not as difficult as you think, so definitely try making it!

🔥Preheat to 356℉(180℃) for 15 minutes, then bake at 338℉(170℃) for 12-13 minutes

Milk 145g
Egg 1 (50g)
Sugar 40g
Salt 5g
Instant dry yeast 4g
bread flour 290g
Unsalted butter 35g
✏ Cinnamon filling
Unsalted butter 80g
light brown sugar 85g
Cinnamon powder 4g
✏ Cream cheese frosting
Cream cheese 100g
Unsalted butter 25g
Sugar 80g
Lemon juice 4g (optional)
Vanilla extract 4g (optional)
Milk 30g
◼ Storage method ◼
Seal in an OPP bag or airtight container and store at room temperature. Consume within 2 days.
If you want to eat it longer, store it in the freezer (within 3 weeks), thaw it at room temperature, and heat it slightly in the microwave for a delicious taste.
