Cinnamon Rolls Recipe:
All purpose flour/Bread flour: 3 cups Milk 3/4 Cup
Unsalted Butter (softened)1/4 Cup
1 Egg(at Room Temperature)
Sugar 2 & 1/2 tbsp
Salt 1&1/4 tsp
Yeast (instant /active dried yeast) 1tsp
filling
Soft Brown sugar (packed cup)1/2 cup
Unsalted Butter(softened) 1/4 cup
Cinnamon powder 2 tsp
Cream Cheese Frosting for Cinnamon Rolls
Cream cheese 3 ounces
Unsalted butter 3 tbsp
Powdered Sugar 1 cup
vanilla sugar 1 tsp
pinch of salt
Babe at 350F for 20 minutes.

Hey Sonya, thanks for the rice hack from the last video! I made the rice in the oven twice already, once for my Shabbat family dinner, once for my weekly meal prep. I've added vegetables and rotisserie chicken to the rice on a baking sheet, and now I have lunches for the rest of the week. Thank you especially for the hours put into creating your content - I'm sure I don't know how you do it! ONE QUESTION PLEASE. Your videos are enjoyed worldwide and only US, Burma and Libya still use lbs, oz and cups. The rest of us use metric ie millilitres for liquid, grams and kilos for dry weight. Is there any way that perhaps in the written recipe you might be able to show the metric weights? I've made tons of your recipes and its such a struggle to convert. Made one of your beautiful cakes for husband's birthday last year - I got it in the end but only after making eight cakes!!!!
