Hello! So happy to see this video. I currently have a 72 cylinder. I tried to make socks for my husband on it. They are very tight around his ankles. He has large ankles and calves. I am thinking of getting the 80 cylinder for him

I keep meaning to try to make a universal bonnet with my largest cylinder, but I keep putting it off. You've reminded me again so I might just get to it soon. Thanks for your lovely cranking videos, I love watching them.

Hello from my new home in Swansea Illinois. Now comes the hard part unpacking and putting everything away. Happy New Year! Congratulations on your new cylinder.

I'll be coming to you for help once I get my machine (still slowly paying it off 😀) I thought a starter bonnet came with each cyclinder, I guess not! Not sure where I got that idea from!

Your brand new machine should come with one. But since I am adding cylinders to my collection, I am not sure they send a cast on bonnet with those. 🙃

I love your videos.. Question. What sock knitting machine would recommend for a beginner?

Can you make a beanie/bonnet on this machine for a child and adult?

Hello! I just received my 80 needle cylinder from Erlbacher. Do you find it harder to crank? I mainly use Aktiv yarn. Did you get the Ribber with it? If so- have you used it yet?

I have not used my 80 stitch cylinder enough to give you the best input. I think you will need to loosen then tension to make sure it cranks well with a fingering weight yarn. I think the 80 is teetering on using a thinner sock weight. I did not get a ribber with it. I have a 64 stitch ribber which i can use with it, but i have notyet done so.

Which cylinders do you use the most?

64 and 48. 64 fits almost all people in my family. I think 60 Is very popular, divisible by alot of numbers so good with alot of ribbers
