I've never used CML before, so I'm curious regarding operating system support -- is this an application that is only supported on Windows or is it also available for Linux and/or MACs? Thanks!! fjm

Hi there! What issue are you running into when downloading? Here are some common issues and how to problem solve: 1. Make sure all the fields are filled in the profile, if you do not have/know the information for a specific field, fill in with a generic value. Profile with incomplete fields will be considered incomplete. 2. When adding a Company address, it should be a valid address with a pin-code. Copying the full address from Google Maps is recommended. 3. Clear browser cache, if it does not help, try a different browser or incognito window.
