I did the treatment using spraying carwash sprayer on all wall... Bayer premise chemical is the best... You can do it yourself on the floor, pre construction and post construction...

Technically speaking, on the ground termites can not pass through "para podi", inside the rooms lay or apply paara podi one feet width and 5" depth, on top of it you can apply Bayer premise chemical diluted into water... Apply the same on the wall area inside and outside before plastering...
