Trust me: Don't do that. Tea is made from the oils in the leaves diffusing into the hot water with steeping. Tea left for that long is going to oxidize and the flavour and value to your health is going to heavily suffer because of it; only buy half a year's supply at most, and just go for a second shopping trip then. I thought the same thing and experimented with this earlier tonight, and it looks like the game *does* in fact start to rapidly decrease highway traffic once the number of toll booths per route gets above ten or so, making for rapidly diminishing returns. It is quite likely the setup in the video is fairly close to the peak income one can generate with this method.

With Traffic Manager: President Edition you can turn off this "feature". Cims on foot dont have a travel timer they have a wait timer apparently.
